The vision of House of HOPE is to assist and support individuals to become productive citizens that provide positive contributions to our communities. That is, to transform lives and generate hope through an opportunity for personal enrichment, empowerment and enlightenment.
Mission
The mission of House of HOPE is to provide a comprehensive, wrap-around program that moves individuals from homelessness and/or chemical dependency to independence; infusing them with productivity and sustainability as they realize their full potential.

The Need
House of HOPE is seeking support to build, fill to capacity, expand and duplicate a sustainable, pro-active, team-based, and evidence-based transitional home. It will be a care provider for the homeless, chemically dependent and the underserved in San Bernardino County, California (San Bernardino County is the largest county in California and the US).
