Is Your Dream Worth It!!

You made a decision to lose the holiday weight. You watched what you ate for 2 whole days and then weighed yourself. WHAT!!! You hadn’t lost ANY weight. You weren’t happy, but you were determined so you continue to cut down. It is day 7.

You step on the scale. Not only have you not lost ANY weight, you actually gained weight. This makes no sense!! You have been eating sensibly, doing your cardio and weight training. This may be the most important day of accomplishing your dream; deciding to go for it. Moments of disappointment lead to moments of determination.

That is just one person’s dream. What about yours? Everybody has a dream; spoken or unspoken. It may be something you want so you or someone else will have a better tomorrow. But dreams don’t happen overnight and they take time and work. People often commend me for my success with Mary Kay. Someone told last night at an event, “I’m sure you are going to earn your Mary Kay BMW” Well that is my goal, but honestly that goal is going to take A LOT of prayer, strategy and work. Dreams don’t happen by accident! It does not matter how blessed, gifted or smart you are.

So here are some of the steps for success that you can incorporate into your dream planning. Have a vision for your success & Write it down. Habakkuk 2:2. Visit & visualize it daily. 2. Plan your action plan to have a series of little successes. Little by little I will drive them out before you, until you have increased enough to take possession of the land. Ex. 23:30 Don’t apologize for your vision. (As long as it lines up with the Word of God.) Remember, you will have disappointing heartbreaking days when you want to give up. But remember, Our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Eph. 3:21
